At Wello Bangladesh, we are committed to delivering 100% authentic health, wellness, and sexual wellness products across Bangladesh. Due to the sensitive and hygienic nature of our products, we maintain a strict return policy to protect all customers.

1. Return Eligibility (Strict Conditions)

We accept returns ONLY under the following conditions:

• ✔ You received a damaged product
• ✔ You received a wrong product
• ✔ The product is missing items inside the package

We DO NOT accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Performance dissatisfaction
• Opened or used products
• Products without proper unboxing proof
• Delay spray / condom / supplement once opened

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Very Important)

To claim any return, you must provide a clear unboxing video:

• Start recording before opening the courier packet
• Show the parcel label clearly
• Show the entire unboxing process
• Clearly show any damage or defect

Without a full unboxing video, no return or refund claim will be accepted.

This rule is strictly enforced.

3. Return Time Limit

You must report the issue within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving the product.

After 3 days, no complaint will be accepted under any circumstances.

4. Product Condition for Return

To qualify for return:

• Product must be unused
• Product must be in original packaging
• Seal must remain intact (if applicable)
• All items must be returned

If the product is opened, used, damaged by the customer, or missing packaging — the return will be rejected.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

• ✔ If approved – refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
• ✔ Refund method: bKash / Nagad / Bank Transfer
• ✔ Delivery charge is non-refundable

If the claim is rejected, the product will be returned back to the customer.

6. Hygiene & Safety Policy

Due to the nature of products such as:

• Delay sprays
• Condoms
• Lubricants
• Supplements
• Intimate health products

We follow a no-return policy once opened for safety and hygiene reasons.
