We currently ship nationwide within Bangladesh. For inquiries about international shipping, please contact our customer support team at support@wello.com.bd.
We offer the following shipping options:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and your selected shipping method. Any applicable free shipping thresholds will be clearly communicated.
All in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM BDT or on weekends will begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, carrier issues).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a post office/depot, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees. In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@wello.com.bd. Please provide your order number and any relevant details or photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible at support@wello.com.bd. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed for shipping. All orders are subject to our Terms & Conditions.
